ARIX LABS

Work, verified. Paid on-chain.

AI does the screening, matching, and verification a recruiter does today. A smart contract holds the money until the work is done — visible to both sides, start to finish. A venture built by Arix Labs, for Arix Labs.

ArixHive
Base USDC x402 mTBILL

A blockchain-secured, AI-augmented work platform — a venture we're building ourselves. The escrow mechanic is real and checkable on-chain. We don't only engineer client systems — this is proof we build our own.

One real task,
start to finish.

This is a live contract on a public testnet, not a design mockup. Every transaction below resolves to a real, independently verifiable record on BaseScan — click through and check it yourself.

Step 01

Task created & funded

The employer creates the task and escrows funds in a single transaction. Funds are held individually — never pooled with any other task.

View transaction

Step 02

Worker accepts

A distinct address — the worker — accepts the open task. In production this match is made by ArixHive's AI matching layer against verified skills; here it's proven at the contract level.

Step 03

Payment released

On confirmed completion the employer releases the escrow. The contract sends funds to the worker directly — no intermediary custody, no manual payout step.

Two things are broken
at once.

40%

of jobs worldwide affected by AI

An estimated 40% of jobs worldwide will be affected by AI (IMF). 92 million roles are projected displaced globally by 2030 — against 170 million newly created (WEF). The shift is real, and it's already underway.

75%

never hear back after applying

75% of applicants never hear back from an employer after applying. Only 2–3% of applicants reach the interview stage — 32 to 42 applications per interview, on average.

The fix isn't another job board. It's a platform where accepting pre-verified work — not months of silent applications — is the only step between a qualified worker and paid work.

Six real gaps. The mechanism
that closes each one.

75% never hear back

32–42 applications per interview, on average. Closes with: AI-verified skill matching replaces the application queue with instant acceptance — a worker who passes assessment is matched directly, not funneled into a silent inbox.

$5,475 average cost-per-hire

63.5-day average time-to-fill, industry-wide. Closes with: the Instant Bench — pre-vetted, pre-assessed workers — collapses this to same-day acceptance. AI screening costs fractions of a cent per task, not thousands of dollars per hire.

+56% wage premium for AI skills

Verified-skills data is already the second most-weighted hiring factor, after prior experience. Closes with: an on-chain credential layer that makes verified skill portable across employers, industries, and borders — a tested capability, not a job title, is what gets matched.

1.3B adults outside the formal financial system

Global youth unemployment sits near 13.4%. Closes with: an open-access tier requiring no bank account and no formal credential history to start earning — stablecoin escrow settles directly to a mobile wallet.

6.36% average remittance cost

Stablecoins settled $7.2T in February 2026 — surpassing the US ACH network for the first time. Closes with: every task settled in fiat-backed stablecoin (USDT/USDC) — a worker in one country and an employer in another settle near-instantly, without the remittance-rail cost.

<1% of the gig economy on any single platform

The $650B global staffing industry's five largest firms combined hold only ~23–25% of it. Closes with: evidence of how much room exists for a platform built on collapsed intermediation cost and dollar-stable settlement to set the category standard.

Escrow first, verification
second, payment automatic.

Stage 01 · On-chain

Fund

The employer creates and funds a task. Funds lock in a per-task smart contract escrow the moment the task is created.

Stage 02 · On-chain

Match & accept

AI-driven matching surfaces the task to workers with the right verified skills. A qualified worker accepts directly — no post-and-wait cycle.

Stage 03 · Off-chain

Work happens

The real work or deliverable changes hands between worker and employer. There's no transaction hash for this step, by design — not an omission.

Stage 04 · On-chain

Verify & release

On confirmed completion, payment releases. Disputes escalate to arbitration.

What it's built on.

Three pieces of technology — not all of them live yet. Base is what the transactions above ran on; x402 and Midas mTBILL are architecture, not code, shown here so the roadmap stays honest about what's ahead instead of implying it's already running.

Component 01

Base

The chain. Runs the escrow contract, gasless transactions for workers, account abstraction.

Live

Component 02

x402

Payment settlement for AI agents and micro-payouts. Per-call, gasless, no protocol fee.

Planned

Component 03

Midas mTBILL

The yield-bearing asset behind the optional capital-efficiency feature. Treasury-backed return on locked task capital.

Planned

Honesty check on AI verification: the production design routes completion verification through an AI layer before release. In the deployed testnet contract today, release is still triggered directly by the employer — not by automated AI verification. We're not implying that step is live yet; the escrow, acceptance, and release mechanics you can check above are.

When ArixHive opens.

Workers, employers, and anyone tracking the build — one email, no spam, notified at launch.

ArixHive is a venture, not a service we sell. It's on this site because it demonstrates what Arix Labs builds when we own the whole problem — architecture, contracts, compliance, and product.

If you're evaluating us for your own build, that's the relevant signal.

See how we engage

Diagram: a small honeycomb network, several transactions lighting up at once, each along its own path. Every wallet on either end is self-custodial — ArixHive never takes custody of it. Every escrow path is non-custodial: it holds funds only for the duration of a task, under fixed release rules, not as a party with discretion over them.
